Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3-Year Warranty

Therefore, in addition to our 30-day return policy, we offer a 3-year warranty on our products, starting from the date of purchase. Please keep in mind that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or any unauthorized modifications to the product.

Return Shipping Costs

In the event that you need to return a product covered by our 3-year warranty, please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe return of items without these precautions.

Initiating a Warranty Return

To initiate a warranty return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at support@waterleveller.com and provide details about the issue you are experiencing with your product.

2. Our support team will assess your request and, if deemed eligible for warranty service, will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item for inspection and repair or replacement.

3. Items sent back to us for warranty service without prior authorization will not be accepted.

    Refunds and Replacements

    Upon receiving your returned item covered by our 3-year warranty, we will inspect it to determine if the issue is covered by the warranty. If the issue qualifies for warranty service, we will either repair or replace part of, or the entire, product, depending on the nature of the defect.

    If the return is approved and a replacement is unavailable, or if you prefer a refund, we will notify you of the outcome. Refunds for warranty returns will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days from the approval date. Please keep in mind that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process the refund may vary.
